Please note that our shipping hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm excluding bank holidays.

 

Exchanges

Please email info@wrenclothing,ie if you would like to exchange an item. Exchange items are shipped to you for free. 

We offer a 14 day return policy starting from when you receive your parcel. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unworn and in its original condition. Tags must be intact. Items that have been washed, damaged, stained or marked can not be returned.

Items can be returned to our shop by post or in person. Please see return address below. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus delivery charge and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a matter of days. 
 Please note, we are not responsible for any parcel that is lost or damaged on return. We recommend using registered post to return your item.

 Gift cards can not be returned.
